All items except personalised phone cases have 30 days money back guarantee.

We are based in UK and ship all our items from UK.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund.

Please contact us after 1 working week (UK customers) or 2 working weeks (Overseas customers) if you have still not received your item.  If you have any problems after receiving the item, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving  the item. Please be aware that during peak season and bank holidays, there may be postal delay which, unfortunately, we do not have a control of.

For items received damaged, clear pictures of packaging and the damaged item needs to be provided. For any other problems e.g fitting issues of the phone case, proper and clear pictures will also be asked for us to identify the problem and help you to resolve the issue. If needed, item might need to be sent back to us if issues cannot be resolved with photographic evidence. As mentioned above, any problems that occur on buyer's side may be charged with postage and packaging incurred. Although it rarely happens as we always check the item before sending out, if the item is faulty due to our mistake, we will cover all the cost to resolve the matter.

If you are not happy with the item purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve any problems that may arise and provide the best customer after sale service but we need the buyer's cooperation.
